A: Yes, Sunni is my given name. I get that question all the time!

Q: What can I expect from working with you?

A: My clients can expect a timely response, a joyful attitude, attention to detail, and work completed on time.

Q: I have a tight deadline, can you start on my project right away?

A: The beauty of being a copywriting freelancer includes leaving enough room in my schedule to fit in those rush projects we all come across from time to time.

Q: What is your process for ensuring the project goes smoothly?

A: From the start, I like to get a detailed briefing on your expectations for the content so I can deliver that and more. Communication is the main tool for a smooth project and working relationship.

Q: What kind of turn around time can I expect?

A: Content under 2,000 words can be completed in under a week. Pieces between 2,100 and 10,000 words will take more time respectively. So, when we talk initially, I will let you know how full my week is and what timeline to expect from me.

Q: What is your revision policy?

A: Working diligently to have as few revisions to the content as possible is the pride of my writing. However, when needed, I try to wrap the changes up in two revisions, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Q: What do your fees include?

A: My fees include time for research, writing, and editing the content until it is agreed upon by both parties to be effective.
