A big Happy Monday Morning to my friends in the Simply Sunni community!
I hope this message finds you well-rested after the weekend and ready to dig into the week! Today, I’m here with a confession from the digital frontlines—more specifically, the adventures (and misadventures) of trying to give our Simply Sunni website a bit of a facelift. Picture this: I, Sunni, decided it was time to spruce up our online home space. With a vision in my heart and creativity whirling through my head, I dove headfirst into updating our website’s theme – all that went well. And then, because ambition sometimes gets the best of us, I decided to get fancy. (Cue the whah, whah sound effect.)
As many of you know, I’m a writer at heart—words are my thing. Code, on the other hand, is not so much. I know some, but if anything goes wrong, I am out! Long story short, in my effort to bring our site into all things current, I accidentally turned our blog page into a digital flop. Oops!
But here’s the thing about challenges—they’re just opportunities in disguise. I’ve enlisted the help of a tech wizard who speaks fluent website code to help fix the mistakes I made. We’re working hard to get everything back on track and even better than before. In the meantime, I humbly ask for your patience and understanding. Our blog will be taking a short siesta, but fear not! We’ll be back in a week or so, fingers crossed, with more stories, insights, and joy to share.
I can’t thank you enough for your support and being part of our community. The bumps along the road help us grow, keep us grounded, and make the destination all the more rewarding, right? So, here’s to embracing the unexpected and finding the silver lining in every cloud- after all, beauty in all is kind of my thing… (real wordsmith, aren’t I? haha.)
