Simply Sunni, LLC specializes in creating custom content and designs for small businesses, including but not limited to social media posts, blogs, website design, landing pages, book illustrations, and ghostwriting services.

All original content and designs created by Simply Sunni, LLC are the intellectual property of Simply Sunni, LLC until payment is received in full, at which point ownership will transfer to you, the client. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written consent.
Termination
You may discontinue use of our services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
Limitation of Liability
Simply Sunni, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
